YoKid! YOGA FOR KIDSYoga classes help children foster self-awareness. With greater self-awareness, children can realize their full potential physically, academically, socially, and emotionally. A recent study of the YoKid yoga program revealed improvements in students’ mood and physical fitness levels based on participation in a YoKid yoga class. Students were less angry, more relaxed, more flexible (physically), and showed improved concentration after completing at least 3 weeks of a YoKid class.

CLAYWORKSObject of the course is to help children learn techniques for working with clay as they create works of art that are aesthetically pleasing , practical and reflections of their growing knowledge of their world. Children develop concentration and fine motor skills as they refine their craft. The class requires students to follow precise directions yet at the same time allows for creativity so each work of art is unique. Clayworks projects reflect themes that are studied in the class each year.
